    In order to ensure the quality of the lotions we sell we will only accept returns if we ship an incorrect item as we are sure you wouldn't want to receive something that someone else might have used, this way we know that everything you receive is Brand New Unopened & Unused. We work very hard to make sure your order is accurate, however, mistakes do happen occasionally. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us immediately for return instructions and you will be reimbursed for your return shipping charges. The items must be returned Brand New Unopened.
